Orders are processed from Tuesday to Friday and shipped the same day if placed before 1 p.m. After this time, they will be shipped the next day. For orders placed over the weekend or on Monday, we will be happy to prepare and ship them starting on Tuesday. Home deliveries require 24 to 48 hours, while deliveries to pickup points take approximately one week.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You will be informed by email of the status of your package, whether it has been delivered or if there is a delay due to absence.

If you notice that your order is damaged upon receipt, please send us photos along with the reason for your dissatisfaction within 3 days of delivery. After this period, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for damaged products.

If an item is missing or the products received do not match your order, please contact our customer service via our contact form, mentioning the name of the person who prepared the package, as noted on the included card. Your request must be sent to us within 3 days of receiving the package.
