Today, with more than 11,000 almond trees, Terraroma stands as the largest independent producer of Provence almonds in France. Our farm is dedicated to an agroecological approach that respects biodiversity. We cultivate our trees without glyphosate or harmful chemicals, in a healthy environment where flora and fauna coexist in balance. Each almond tree is nurtured with passion and respect, emphasizing sustainable practices that protect local ecosystems. Terraroma is also enriched by aromatic and fragrant plants, especially lavender, a true treasure of our Provençal land. For generations, our family has preserved the art of extracting its scent, following traditional methods in our own distillery. Just as in the past, each step is carried out with care and expertise: the flowers are first wilted, an age-old technique that concentrates their aromas, before being distilled to extract an essential oil of exceptional purity.
