Description
This lavender honey, with its delicate and floral flavor, is harvested in Valensole by Benoît Millet, our partner beekeeper. Each batch is analyzed to ensure the flora foraged by the bees. The honey is never heated to preserve all its benefits. It is liquid at the time of harvest and then solidifies naturally. It may exhibit lighter marbling, which is a normal phenomenon. Honey is a natural product, and its color and appearance can vary from jar to jar—this is part of the richness of nature!
